  • Student project. A potent liquor with an infamous history, targeted in this case to younger, more adventurous social drinkers. Bottle and label are designed to be easily recognizable behind a bar as well as unique enough to be displayed in the home. Vessel shape was chosen for its angular, aggressive, square-shouldered strength and to create a strong point of differentiation when compared to the standard wine bottle forms historically utilized in this category. There's even a horned devil lurking within the bottle label.

Secondary canister packaging was designed to create a shelf presence of exclusivity and quality, while lifting the lid reveals a bit of absinthe history.
