A Tempe Ranch style home is remodeled to a Santa Barbara style home.
Lopercio Remodel / Addition
Tempe, Arizona
A current project "on the boards" at PINNELLA KAHNG architecture studio.  A 70's era ranch style home in Tempe, Arizona is undergoing a total make-over to transform the home to a Santa Barbara style home.  The low ceilings in the existing home will be raised to create a great room space with high ceilings.  The existing home sits on an acre size lot but lacks a connection with the large amount of land behind the home.  PINNELLA KAHNG architecture studio re-designed the home to open up the the rear yard and has added a large covered patio to help connect the home to it's site.
