Vitrina was a project developed under the ESAD Communication Design Master that contributed to the revitalization of Oporto streets visual panorama. With the support of Oporto Commercial Association, the students created window displays that promoted a number of commercial establishments. In the case of the iconic Lello & Irmão Bookshop window display, it was developed a composition of books which shapes seeks reminiscences in the intriguing interiors of the space. There was a special care to not remove the architectural elements protagonism, as the central staircase, or clash with the conservative and traditional bookstore style. It was intended to evidence it as an Oporto city symbol through the placement of statements and typical expressions in the exposed books titles.
