I enjoy turning images into objects that break with convention and explore a different sort of visual narrative.
The resulting hybrid often taps an idea of memory, language, learning and nostalgia, as with this series of limited edition photographic jigsaw puzzles.
The puzzles were originally conceived to coincide with images included in a gallery exhibition entitled "The Fake & The Familiar". Four different designs were produced, each in an edition of 250.
The surface of each puzzle was an archival, photographic C print, which was then mounted & cut into 513 separate pieces. The assembled puzzle when complete is 21 inches wide by 15 inches high.
Every puzzle box is signed and numbered on the underside and comes hand wrapped.
