The branding process and deliverables for a
marijuana depository and resource center.
The brand name, Leaves of Grass, is inspired by the
same name used to title the collection of writings by
Walt Whitman, composed at the turn of the 20th century
during a time of rapid industrialization in America.
Like Whitman, I find myself in a time of constant
urbanization and mass communication, with my creative
process grounded in the ideas of Transcendentalism.
Leaves of Grass is a brand that accentuates the hybrid
between the basic nature of the product and the industry
that it has become of today.
