They call it Piemanson’s village. That is the name of the desolate beach situated in the west part of Rhone’s mouth, in the wild Camargue. There is no rubbish or scrap papers on the ground, people, polite and relaxed, live in any sort of cabins and everything seems to have an “internal order”: here, private property does not exists nor a single language to communicate, but normal holiday-makers and travellers live together respecting each other’s space. For someone Piemanson is a family tradition - a sort of status-symbol - for others it represents a different way to approach to holidays (with en easy going attitude), for some others instead is the last tiny plot of free space in which live in peace and freedom.
