Project about an urban and residential project for an abandoned area with problems of poverty, security and location. The main intention about this is to fill the abandoned area with college students, due to the big population of students in the city and the lack of inhabitants in the area. The students could solve the problem of money, comerce and security by occuping the entire neighborhood in a lapse time of 20 years.
