This was a book redesign project during my junior year at KU. We were allowed to use any published book that we see the need to improve. I found original book (also titled Lviv) by Yuriy Nykolyshyn at a local thrift store. Loaded with beautifully photographed images of the city, the book was hard to read because of the large and bolded typefaces that crowd each page. The printing did not do the photographs justice, so I bought the book and this is my redesigned version. Other than just redesigning, we have to come up with an "extra thing" that goes with the book. My book's special feature is the map on the back—pinpointing the architectures mentioned in the writing, a list of useful travel information, and a list of other sites to visit while at Lviv. This book was also bound by hand. Read Less
