LALOLA, a display typeface with strong character

Typography
Lalola (first born as Lola) is a display typeface inspired by a lettering model found in the book “Schriftschreiben Schriftzeichnen” by Eugen Nerdinger and Lisa Beck. Lalola takes the few letters available from that model as a starting point and becomes a single style typeface with lots of personality. Lalola looks great when some uppercase and loud voice words are needed. It comes with all the necessary characters for the languages based on the Latin alphabet, which makes Lalola a versatil typeface.

Lalola received already two mentions, the Typefacts' Best Typefaces of 2013 and the prestigious TDC 2014 Certificate of Excellence. While we all wait for the 'official' announcement of the winners list, you can see these nice set of photos of the TDC60 Judging Session at the TDC Facebook page.

Lalola is available for licensing and immediate download at Type-Ø-Tones.
