George continues a family business that counts more than 50 years in the field of jewelry and assigned me to redesign his company's logo. My thought was to combine classicism through the new and refreshed design and that was the main reason of choosing a serif typeface. The letter k, which is the initial of the client's surname and also the name of the business, was emphasized by a circular design, which resembles a necklace or a bracelet; but at the same time represents the plan of a stone cut in round brilliant shape (e.g. a diamond).
