Kaleidoscope (2012) is a series of experimental works to explore the possibility of abstract figure. It is formed by a variety of movieclips I drew in Flash, such as a girl, clothes, flowers, fruits and leaves…etc. I combined all the shapes randomly to render different kaleidoscope patterns. Through this programming experiment, I became enchanted with coding, and its power to expand diverse art. Kaleidoscope is an example of how infinite complexity can be derived from simple sketches.
