This is a competition project made for Juhar (Japan-Hungarian Relationship), which is a collaboration between the two nations to involve the Hungarian designers more in new international (mostly Japanese) tenders and design competitions. They believe that Hungarian designers are very talented and creative, so I wanted to make a logo that represents this ingeunity. The Japanese tangram is an old brain-teaser game, that requires all your creativity and imagination, therefore I found it a great medium to transmit these ideas, and after many trials I managed to create a ‘J’ -the initial of Juhar- out of its pieces.
