These book jackets are part of a series written by James Kelman, a Scottish author from Glasgow. I tried to capture the main characters personality in the design of these book covers. Representing the feelings and emotions of each main character, by creating a collage effect. Using layers to depict what each character had been through and the state in which they felt at those times.
