Every year the German Art Directors Club publishes the winners online. After this happens many creatives browse through the gallery and think to themselves: ‘Next year, they’ll show my name here.’ The perfect opportunity to recruit new creatives. We used the ADC gallery for a special event – the ADC Takeover. As soon as one of the creatives clicked our gold-winning advert, they were in for a big surprise: Instead of seeing an enlarged version, they got a livestream to the agency. And the job interviews were good to go. Our Takeover spread rapidly through social networks, captured the attention of advertising blogs and gained us additional interviews. In just one week, we spoke to 68 candidates – a sixfold increase in our regular interview rate. In the end we hired two new employees. Read Less

After this happens many creatives browse through the gallery and think to themselves: ‘Next year, they’ll show my name here.’ The perfect opportunity to recruit new creatives.
