  • Indulging in tea in India is a popular practice. Whether it is while offering tea to guests or grabbing a kade break with friends. Each city has evolved its own ‘chai’ lingo. I have transposed the idea of the local tea experience onto modern tea serving habits. I used phrases like ‘duto bishkut’, ‘meetha zyaada’, etc. from languages like Bengali, Hindi, Marathi and Kannada to design a tea set using typography. I have repeated the letter ‘a’ as an illustrative element to make patterns that correspond with each product. The typeface I have used is Juice Bold.
