Hyde Park is a luxury residential community uniquly located in the Heart of New Cairo. The manifesto-style ad positions Hyde Park as an asylum for perfectionists. The voice over is delivered by Ezzat Abu Ouf (the man we see at the end of the ad), one of Egypt's very few celebrities who represent the ultimate in style and perfectionism.
