The Challenge:
Kimberly-Clark Guatemala requested an internal campaign to motivate the sales force of Huggies diapers to reach their sales goals.
Proposal:
It consisted of the incentive plan theming with the global South Africa as the main prize consitiría a trip for two to see the World Cup final.
The concept was awarded the "Golden Boot" monthly, that is the best salesman of the month and award the "Golden Globe" monthly, that is the best take orders man.

El Reto:
Kimberly-Clark Guatemala, solicitó una campaña interna para incentivar a la fuerza de ventas de pañales Huggies para que alcanzaran sus metas en ventas.
La Propuesta:
Consistió en tematizar el plan de incentivos con el mundial de Sud-África, ya que el premio principal consitiría en un viaje para dos para ver la final del mundial.
El concepto fué premiar al "Botin de Oro" mensualmente, es decir al mejor vendedor del mes y también premiar al "Guante de Oro" mensualmente, es decir al mejor toma pedidos del mes.
