Here’s a cover about doing business in China for ACC Docket, from November 2012. Basically, the idea expressed in this article is that China is too vastly complex for western entities to navigate on their own terms, if only because they’re incapable of participating from an insider’s POV. The legal landscape is never what it appears to be at the outset. We ended up with this iceberg of a guardian-lion, with picnickers hanging out on the tip.
