I was given the opportunity to design Edmonton based rock band, Heaviside's, new album. The project brief was to have a grenade with the continents painted on it's surface as their album cover; I proposed to illustrate the grenade's outer paint coating eroded away to reveal areas of metal and rust shaped as the continents of the world. Here are the illustrations I created for the front and back cover of the album.
