As part of the YCN Awards (a good few years ago), HMV challenged people to improve their website to attract a higher number of unique visitors, a larger average transaction value and a higher conversion rate. I'm too old to enter but I thought I'd have a go... until they changed the website 4 times in one week. Having a brief in the awards didn't help them out much as they've gone into administration.
