Digital initiative to support this public service campaign that was created as a grassroots effort to gather consumer support to combat the corporate greed associated with the overcharging for digital TV royalties. FACT: American consumers are paying up to 3000% MORE in digital TV royalties than people in Europe & Japan (those in Brazil pay $0). REASON: CORPORATE GREED of overseas TV manufacturers. Supported by a micro site launched in 2009 – – goal was to get submissions to the FCC and support VIZIO’s initiative to demand change.
