Group Dynamics
Group dynamics refers to a system of behaviour and psychological processes occurring within a social group, or between social groups. Groups have a number of different behaviours both negative- deindividuation, prejudice, social loafing, etc., and positive- team spirit, intergroup cooperation, group productivity and collective problem solving, etc.

This publication examines the basic processes in and between groups, divided into three chapters; The Reality of Groups, Elementary Processes in Groups and finally Structural Aspects of Groups.
