Gray Fox Skulls

Drawing
LIGHT + TEXTURE; Gray Fox Skulls
Size: Each exactly the same size as the actual skull!
Medium: Crayonsauce (Carbon Dust)
Date: March 2012

Another piece done in carbon dust; this is a close study of a gray fox skull drawn in three scientific views (lateral, superior and anterior). The actual size of the drawing is the same size to the actual skull itself; as the correct measurements must be done for everything. The objects were lit up by using a lamp a a light source; from the left direction (aka the "American Way").

As demonstrated, the crayonsauce method can accomplish nice results with shading, detail, and texture.
