Cooking for 200 was not uncommon
Large kitchens have similar challenges to small kitchens, however, when you require cooking for large dinner parties, it is imperative that the appliances do not take over the kitchen!

This kitchen has 2 - 33" wide refrigerators, a 60" gas range with induction oven, a 33" wide double oven, a warming drawer, two dishwashers, two sinks, a microwave, a monitor for satellite television news at breakfast, a recessed area for the herb garden in the corner window, a pass-through area to the dining room and needed to house all of the cutlery, glassware, dishes, pots and pans and immediate food storage.

The working island is highlighted by the large skylight and a comfortable eating nook area.

The backside of the kitchen houses additional cutlery, glassware, dishes for guests and can easily be transferred through the pass through window to and from the dishwasher.

The cabinetry is knotty alder with green river rock granite from Brazil.
