This project focuses on the progression of digital projection technologies over recent years. The growing expansion of digital technology has made all major film companies, such as Disney, stop producing films in 35mm and forced the hand of cinemas worldwide to scrap their film projectors and projectionists. The body of work consists of images of several different projection booths across Northern Ireland, before they went through this new transformation.
