Who are our users?
The readership of GQ magazine. This means men who care about there appearance and grooming habits. I tried to conceptualize a design that would compliment a smart way of living as GQ's slogan puts it. Not too cluttered, minimalistic with room to breath and with slick interactions.
This step was to quickly define the screens in terms of content and layout. Gave us a good base to work from and art direction for the visual design.
Our aim was to allow for an interactive experience which acts in a layered format. Each interaction gets laid out on top of the base and can be easily removed by closing the page.
