The project was to make three variations of magazine covers. In the first I could only use geometric shapes and one color (outside of b&w), in the second I could only use organic shapes (and also just one color), and the third was freestyle. The first two I actually designed after song titles. The first one should be quite obvious, Bob Marley - I shot the sheriff. The second one is from a song by the Icelandic musician Ólafur Arnalds - The sky may be falling but the stars look good on you. The idea for the third cover was Nature vs. Technology. The cross-stitching is done by me and then scanned. Read Less
