I do not own any part of these films. Film posters has a long and inspiring history and a particular style that might need to be challenged by other means than Photoshop. “Tomhet” (Emptiness)
This poster was painted for a Norwegian short film by director and scriptwriter Robert Rønning called “Tomhet” (Emptiness) - 2012
It was used in the promotion and premiere of the film.
The story evolves around a young woman who has lost her baby and has trouble coping with everyday life.
“Carnivàle”

This poster is for the HBO series “Carnivàle” by Daniel Knauf from 2003-2005.

During the Great Depression, a farm boy and a minister gets finds themselves in a war being fought between
Heaven and Hell.

Graphite, charcoal and pastels. A1 sized.
“The Brothers Grimm”

This poster is for Terry Gilliam’s “The Brothers Grimm” from 2005. The film follows Will and Jake Grimm who are travelling con-artists and encounter a real life fairytale curse. It mixes the fairy tales and makes a new one.
