"The last few music videos I wrote and directed, reflected the post-breakup emotional rollercoaster I recently somewhat unwillingly experienced. With the first ones exploring the lighter, sentimental and apologetic side of my thoughts about the whole affair, there was this whole other darker, selfish and violent pool of pictures blazing through my bewildered mind. Filip's merry tune provided the perfect sonic backdrop to fulfil this dark revengful fantasy and in the end - make people laugh." - Mario Mlakar __ The video was shot in 50p with the onscreen action performed and captured in double the speed it would later enter the editing suite. This required some extensive and precise shot planning, as the lip sync would have to perfectly match the continuous action onscreen. Tone wise, the slowed down movement between the characters onscreen (with the lead playing a classic antihero) creates a dark vivid setting in which the two mischievous lovers' happy ending - isn't an option.
