Inspired by the sequoias and their huge and robust trunks, this design brings the idyllic to the table, and as a trunk cut in half and hollowed it serves food amid the tree's nectar, barked, in the crevices of a mimetic and expressive dish. As a nursery, a natural shelter, he treats the food as something precious, protected, valuable and alive. The wood ears mushrooms add value to the work; attributed to air quality and purity of the environment they fill the dish with poetry and lightness, creating an atmosphere and attest to the delicious experience of eating al natural.
