For this project we were assigned to pick a farm to table product and rebrand it for a specific audience. The product I chose was pickles and my audience was 25 year old male. I chose to turn pickles into a line of spicy artisan pickles. The packages are designed to be bold and attract the attention of young adults. The pitchfork concept also is geared toward my audience because they don't want to dirty anymore silverware then they have to. The project also uses a minimal amount of paper and no plastic. The wrapping can easily be recycled and the jar can be returned to the store for a refund.
