  • Currently, I'm a student at L'Ecole Culinaire in Cordova, TN. I have to say that I have such great passion for cooking [although, I am extremely "picky" about what I eat]. I used to not always craved cooking as a profession because I hated being in the hot kitchen, I confess. But now, I love it. I was inspired simply by watching cooking show; thinking "hey, I can do that." That confidence lead me to culinary school.

    So, here I am, apron and all. Just ready to create a unique dish. Although in some of my pictures, you'll find that "sometimes" my plating design may look the same. Not that I don't have the talent of "decorating" a plate [which can be hard at times]. Most of photos will be snapshots of my dishes at school or in the privacy of my own home. I also want to point out that I'm in the process of creating a food magazine called "aFJ: a foodie's journal." I'll be sure to update you when that project is finished.
