The creation of a new employee wellness program called for a whole new name, look and internal branding feel to ignite participation. We decided on "Energize: Together Wellness Movement," as a name for our new initiative to imply that this is not simply another fitness program or health and wellness initiative, but rather a movement within our organization to be better health role models.
For this challenge, we took on all the goods: the concept, the design, the execution, the marketing, the communications, being our own big-time, wacky creative agency.
My role was in creative concepting for the name, the taglines (move it = fitness, exercise, motivation, lose it=nutrition, weight loss, stop it = smoking, bad habits, reduce it = stress, caloric intake, eating imbalances). After concepting and designing the logo, I then was able to build a system for communications look/feel, branding of fitness items to increase employee ownership, and long-view on how to spread this movement outside our walls and into the community.
