The Hymnal Common
This is my second to last project for my diploma of advanced digital media. It's worth 25% of the studio grade, so pretty important. It is entitled 'Visual Advocacy', and we were required to choose a group with whom we could identify with, regarding morals and values, and produce some work for them, pro bono.
I asked Auckland worship group Edge Kingsland if they'd let me do them an album cover, and if it were ok to use their name, and they said go for it.
I produced several pieces of work; an A1 sized main image, a poster using this image, the main album cover, an associated lyric booklet, three slips for singles, five prints for the compact discs, and an A3 promotional poster advertising the release gig.
So here it it.
The main image on the A1 poster.
Below is a closer version.
The album cover.
The lyric booklet.
The three singles.
The promotional release poster.
Pinned the main A1 poster in our school's cutting room so all can see.
If you want to hear what Edge Kingsland sound like, here are some useful links:

and as they are part of Come&Live, a music group from the US, one of their albums, 'Signs of Life', is available as a free download
