Patrick Grant approached us to help take the 143 year old E. Tautz tailoring brand online. We delivered the digital strategy for the brand and a rich online platform to tell the brand's story.

We set about building upon the Moving Brands branding work, by exploring a bespoke hand made aesthetic. Peter Blake, Terry Gilliam and Monty Python (all being very much Tautz men in our opinion) were our inspiration for creating a paper theatre that the past and present could unfold on. Animation will be added to the site over time to add a dash of humour.
 
The site is now no longer live, but do visit the E. Tautz shop and pick up a design classic.
We mixed a muted grey palette with daubs of signature Mustard Yellow. As an analogue feel was preferable to digital, we painted panels in oil and watercolour to add the splash of colour and texture.
Whilst initially focusing on the fascinating history of the E. Tautz brand and the Postcard blog, Patrick has now begun to roll out the digital strategy across social networks and will culminate in selling garments online alongside an archive of current and previous collections.
