The building is located over the overwhelming Estepona’s Mediterranean landscape. The volumes designed translate the shapes, colors, and vegetation of the landscape into built forms. Inside, the various gardens provide the user with spaces which provide the privileged character required for Golf&Resort within which it is located.
The building adjusts itself to its setting through organic shapes which embrace the Club House. The program includes those inherent to a five star hotel, and adds a spa area, business center and a convention center as well. It includes seventy one rooms as well as the chance to offer an independent lodging for business center users, without it interfering with the overall functioning of the hotel.
