For serving the spa's audience, shattered image of the city center should be fixed, through a cornerplot spatial locating. Our program in the urban context was to make liveable, mobile homes for pensioners, disabled or PRM people. In their case public space has an increased role, so we settled multi-purposeroom upstairs, and sheltered courtyard, where they can sit and gossip meanwhile playing petanque.
