  • TheClient is one of the leading network providers across the globe. The project work involvedcomplete redesign of Client’s customer facing network management application.The existing application had some problems with the administration & reportmodules. The interactions were complicated involving more number of clicks thanrequired. Moreover the visual look was outdated and needed new contemporarydesign.

    Project started with frequent sessions with client to understand theproduct context & pain points, which were documented and shared with theclient. The next step was to do evaluation of the existing product to identifygaps in the workflows & usability issues.

    I worked as Project Lead taking complete responsibilities  right from understanding business requirements, user needs, project scheduling, communication between different teams located at geographically different locations, conceptualization, information architecture, task analysis, wireframing, andrefinements.

    Project Duration: 4 Months

    Team: 1 Ux Designer, 1 Visual Designer, 1 UI Developer
