At creativelandasia, we have a tradition of making fun birthday cards for collegues....so an interesting birthday card we made for our boss..vikram gaikwad. vikram's got a reputation for wearing fancy jackets over tshirts. so for his birthday we made a "make your own custom avatar" styled application,  i had a lot of fun designing this :D
