Hing Hwa, or sometimes referred as "Xing Hua" in mandarin is a sub dialect of Hokkien or Fujian.
The Hing Hwa people are known for using seafood in their cuisine as their village are along the Southern coast of China. Hing Hwa is a minority in the Hokkien community, thus the dying culture of its cuisine in this Century where the younger generations have lesser interest in learning the recipes passed down from their forefathers.
 
This momento is hand made from the token to its packaging. This momento includes the Hing Hwa Cuisine Publication, the hand-made bowl, and wooden chopsticks.
"Hing Hua" or "Xing Hua" in traditional chinese character. On the side, there is a ping yin spelling for people who don't recognise the traditional characters.
