Country Style was a 50-year old QSR brand that had lost it's identity and considerable market share to Tim Horton's and McDonald's. We developed a strategic relaunch that not only redefined the brand but also their place in the market. We convinced them to seize the one in-built strategic advantage they had over the competition - the ability to keep serving breakfast throughout the day. Add a dash of homespun charm, some beautiful design and The Home of the All Day Country Breakfast was born.
