This product is a uniform packaging for flat-panel TVs made of corrugated fiberboard. It is able to replace the polystyrene foam inserts and combine multiple packaging functions. This waste-based product is an external wrap and an internal space filling vibration attenuator system stored unfold. Therefore, the design takes manufacturing, packaging, economic as well as environmental aspects and procedures into consideration. Although this packaging system can be standardized, it supports the packaging functions and a setting that ensures the least possible waste volume applying adhesive free design. It consists of three parts and can be assembled by folding.
