COPPER TABLES A set of three unconventional tables, modest in appearance are hand-beaten out of copper, complimented by solid Mahogany legs. Copper, the common man’s metal was used extensively in India to make vessels and utensils and is said to have medicinal properties. This piece draws its aesthetical attributes from the interlocking edges used in making large copper pots and the traditional hammered marks seen on the surface of vessels.
