3rd year University project: A concept and aesthetic re-design of an existing app called Battery Watch. The intention was to create a functional and easy to use app that was exciting to the eye, too. Based on the current battery life of a mobile phone, the app gives a breakdown of the time available for seperate tasks so that the user can get an idea of how long their battery will last for each task. If any apps are running in the background, the user has the opportunity to close the unnecessary ones, and thereby save battery life. The battery level indicator screen pops up as soon as the phone battery reaches 50%, in order to prompt the user to close the unnecessary tasks. The user can either close the screen immediately or enter the app, if they wish. Read Less
