Concept for Live/Work Studio

As a result of this concept study, the client procured funding and approval from the city of Barrie to develop the project. A direct relationship to green areas, water and exiting streets was established and a a dynamic exterior was proposed to create memory of place. Three distinct concepts exploring the relationship of public and private space emphasized privacy and security, while retaining a view to the outdoors.
