People and Performance brand identity
To design a suite of logos for the newly rebranded People & Performance department (formerly HR). It was a requirement that these logos fitted within Coca Cola Amatil's branding but also had a unique character of their own. Then to design an extension to the current intranet where People & Performance tools would be easily available for all managers in the business.
The design challenge was to give each logo it's own unique identity within the structure of the overall People and Performance branding. We chose to use red and grey as the predominant colours and used multiple lines to make up some elements of each logo to reflect the 'coming together' of people within the organisation. The intranet solution is called 'toolbox' and is both easy to use and inviting. The intranet has been well received and is in regular use.
