When I first started working Clear Flour Bread, an amazing bakery in Boston, I was only 16 years old. In between customers when I wasn't doing my math homework I was always drawing signs for them for holiday hours or specials. Many years later, after apprenticing at New Bohemia Signs in San Francisco, I came back to paint this series of signs for my retail alma mater. 

Inspiration came from vintage signs, literary titles and my family's love for puns. Each of the 14 signs are hand painted and hanging at Clear Flour Bread in their front store windows.
