Pilot for a new office concept
Commissioned by the district Amsterdam Oud Zuid, WorkSpace consultancy has made a design for a pilot for an flexible office environment in an existing building at the Karel Dujardinstraat. WorkSpace determined the layout of the pilot, in consultation with the clients and staff. The area includes three different atmospheres: a busy editor, a cafe, focused on communication and a library for concentrated work.

Besides the design Workspace has involved staff intensively, by providing good information at key moments in the design process. Because it was a pilot, it was important to communicate regularely with the rest of the organization. WorkSpace consultancy provided a communications plan. Different means of communication were used, such as tours, the internal magazine and the intranet.
