Chateaux is a brand inspired by the intricate and lavish Rococo era, where grand architecture and gilded decoration were anything but understated. Chateaux is an identity designed with a balance of the hard and soft which is mirrored in its mark. The essence of this brand speaks to a well balanced design, with a hard outer edge that is always supported with finer details. This shines true in its tie box design, through which the pattern of the tie emerges beyond the mark and the inside of the box is lined with a golden sheen. The shopping bag also holds true to this concept as the intricate pattern reveals itself through the heavy, black casing. An invitation to their fashion show is marked by its beautiful wax seal that invites its attendees to become intrigued by what lies within. Garamond is the base of its mark, a typeface created at first for the royal court, and slightly modified to give it softer features.
