22 and 23 of December 2012 Personages of Cardboardia (www.cardboardia.info) guests of "Seasons" festival participated in desperate street Cardboard Tube Fights (one of Cardboardia official kind of sport) in Hermitage Garden in Moscow.

 

This unusual way to warm and enjoy oneself in twenty degrees below zero was very popular among children and adults: during the two days hundreds people took part in this event. Every participant after registration and orientation received defense and cold steel (yes, cardboard felt frost too). Marching on snow-covered glade, newly-made soldier could charge a personal enemy or enter into one of squad.

 

Minister of Culture, Bob Lasker, other Personages of Cardboardia and personally one of the founders of the The Cardboard Tube Fighting League (www.tubeduel.com), Ravin Pierre fought with ranks as an equals, supporting them by warlike cries and incentive blows on soft parts of body. Culminations of fights were destructions of cardboard castles. Especially distinguished fighters received a diploma with personal signature of Tyran of Cardboardia.
